Corner Bakery Cafe in Meridian

How does this place stay in business with Kneaders right around the corner? This place is overpriced garbage. We had a buy one get one free corner combo coupon. 9 dollars for one, would not have even paid 9 dollars total for this. Sliced meat and bread that tasted straight from Walmart, chicken soup worse than campbells that we threw out after one bite. Had to go find more food after... I cant even imagine paying 20 bucks for that meal. Avoid this place at all costs

This place offers one of the best cups of coffee in town. They just need to work on the service. You can literally see the ppl in the kitchen rolling their eyes when you are at the counter. Yes it costs more than Kneaders but the quality is at least twice as good.

Hours of operation clearly posted on door says Sundays open till 8pm. We went at 5:50pm and they kicked us out because they decided to close early.

Drove 15 minutes across town to find the place closed at 1 pm! The note on the door just said "currently closed, sorry for the inconvenience". Not sure why it was closed at lunch time but wanted to recommend you call first before planning a visit.

I worked here about a year ago, and loved working there, but found the management team and fellow crew to be very rude and patronizing. I was often made fun of for my short haircut and my sexuality, and was blamed for things that went wrong in the restaurant. I considered myself to be a really good employee, and have excelled and moved up the ladder at every other job I've had, but they kept some sort of negative bias towards me. They lost a good employee, because I remember customers mention to me quite a few times that my customer service was beyond my coworkers, and that the restaurant was better off with me in it.

Rude service, we interrupted their conversation. I got a spinach sweet crisp salad and their vinaigrette was a sweet syrup they left out the cranberries and there was less than half a strawberry. I got huge grapes a few mandarin orange pieces and spinach. Their loaded bakes potato soup was not. Thin salty and definitely not loaded with any thing. Not worth the price. Won't be coming back

Been here several times and love the menu, you can get healthy food or decadent food in a short period of time. Great for take-out or dine-in but I tell you I really missed the peanut butter whoopie pies, bring them back!

Delicious food, excellent service, and all around a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. They offered to make my dressing for my salad even though they dont normally carry it! Never had that happen before!

The food is really very good. The price point is not conducive to daily dining but I still go there once every few months.

I only had breakfast there once and was underwhelmed. It was like a cheap inclusive breakfast at a hotel. Some love the place so I will give it another try.

Food is excellent and healthy! Feels happy like a rich person's Disney vacation with a great upbeat yet relaxed feel. Deserts are of course YUMMY!

Dec 9th, 2017 evening. My family and I haven't been to this bakery before. Unfortunately it will be our first and last time. The restaurant was quite and clean from first glance. My family and I was at the counter, looking over the menu. One of the employees had their back towards us. She began to pull her hair and start play with it. Pulling out strains of her hair and not even thinking about what she was doing. We didn't bother to order. The staff should be wearing hair nets, also receive a refresher on personal hygiene and food safety.

I walked in and waited at the counter to order but no body came out to take my order. I left after 10 mins and was very upset. I'm not going back anytime soon. Not worth the time and it is also a bit to much money.

Terrible customer service. They definitely are not there to please the customer and take upwards of 10 minutes to make a simple coffee drink. The owner is hard to track down for any real resolution to problems. Go literally anywhere else!

Corner Bakery catered an event at my employer. They showed up on time and took care of the hungry crowd. The food was great and there was enough for everyone.

Our family of five (two adults/three kids) enjoyed our meals at the Corner Bakery Cafe very much. Usually it's so hard to find a place where we all agree to go out for dinner but their place was a hit.

Really love their chopped salad. If you are going to get food from here, I would recommend either ordering online, ahead of time, or just dining in.

This is a great place and they provide amazing food and even better service. I personally order from their catering service multiple times a month and they are always on time and provide quality breakfasts and lunches every time. Good food, friendly enough service. Prices were a tad high for the portion sizes you get. Coffee was good with a decent selection of different brews. Unfortunately I didn't try one of the baked goods in the display. They looked wonderful. Maybe next time.

We've visited the Corner Bakery Cafe on a few occasions when shopping or hanging out at The Village. The seating and decorations provide a very nice dining experience. The menu seems similar to a Panera Bread restaurant with perhaps not QUITE as much of an emphasis on healthy food. But you can certainly choose from an ample healthy menu. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and the food is good.

Limited menu but everything they serve is very good. Great place for coffee and breakfast! Lunch is good too.
